If you purchased your Premium subscription through iTunes, please note that we are not able to cancel the auto-renewal feature of your subscription purchased via iTunes directly.
Please note that per Apple’s policies, all companies like us are prohibited from processing their cancellations and they require that it be done by Apple only.
IMPORTANT: Before cancelling your subscription, please sign in to the Apple ID with which you originally purchased your Elite subscription.
Please follow these instructions to cancel the auto-renewal feature of your account:
FROM YOUR iOS 9 and 10
1. Open the App Store and at the bottom, tap Featured.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap your Apple ID (Make sure to Sign In first).
3. Tap View Apple ID.
4. Under “Subscriptions,” tap Manage.
5. Tap your Tapvpn Premium subscription.
6. Switch Off Auto-Renewal and then click Confirm.
FROM YOUR iOS 11
1.Launch the Settings app.
2.Tap iTunes & App Store.
3.Tap on your Apple ID.
4.Tap View Apple ID when the pop-up window appears.
5.Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
6.Tap Subscriptions.
7.Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
8. Tap your Tapvpn Premium subscription.
9. Switch Off Auto-Renewal and then click Confirm.
FROM YOUR MAC DEVICE 1. Launch iTunes and sign into your Apple account. 2. To the left of the search bar, click the profile drop-down and select Account Info 3. Enter your Apple ID password and click View Account 4. In the Settings section, click the Manage link for your subscriptions 5. On the right of your Tapvpn Premium subscription, click Edit 6. Click on Cancel Subscription/Trial (depending on your case) and confirm to have the subscription cancelled.
With the auto-renewal feature turned off, you will no longer be billed for your subscription. Your Elite account will remain active until your subscription expires. FROM YOUR ANDROID DEVICE or COMPUTER If you purchased your Premium subscription through the Google Play Store, please follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
On Android, open the Google Play Store, then tap Menu > Subscriptions On a computer, go to play.google.com, then in the left menu click My subscriptions Search for the Tapvpn app and select it Click Cancel subscription Follow the onscreen instructions

Most subscriptions are set to renew automatically every month, 6 months, or year depending on the subscription length, on the same date. Auto-renewals are done for your convenience. There's no need to remember when your subscription ends or when to pay. This prevents any interruption in protection and access.

Many factors impact speed when you use a VPN, for example: Routing of traffic through VPN servers Data encryption and decryption rate on your device The distance between you and the VPN servers Computer security settings and antivirus software Connection traffic and stability All traffic is routed through the VPN servers. When you’re connected to a VPN, data leaving your device and data coming from the internet now travels through the VPN servers first before reaching their target.
Your distance from the VPN servers impacts speed. The farther you are from the VPN servers, the lower your speed will be. For example, if you live in France and connect to the US VPN servers, speed will be slower because data needs to travel the distance each way.
Before troubleshooting, please make sure:
You are connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or mobile data network Your iOS version is iOS 8 or later Your device is not jailbroken A 3rd party app is not interfering with Internet Settings such as antivirus, firewall, etc. On your iOS device:
Clear your iOS device cookies and cache files, by tapping 'Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data,' then reboot your device.
Open Tapvpn and tap "Connect" Open your device's Settings and turn Airplane Mode ON and then OFF. Then go back to Tapvpn and change its status to Disconnected
In the Tapvpn app, tap Connect. Then tap Choose Location, and tap Optimal Location and the United States, then tap Optimal Location. After that, go to your iOS device's Settings, scroll down until you see the Tapvpn application, tap on it and tap on Background app refresh. Wait until it is "OFF" and then turn it back "ON."
Just as a test, try connecting to another network temporarily (for example, if you were connected to Wi-Fi, try connecting to your data mobile network or vice versa), then open Tapvpn and tap Connect
